True marketing innovation takes place when the way we as marketers think about the consumer leaps forward to a deeper understanding of what makes people tick, how they relate with one another, and how they develop relationships.
Innovative marketing today places the consumer at the center of the marketing equation instead of the latest technology or media form. We at WaveQ believe that successful marketing in the digital era requires a holistic view of the consumer both in the real world and in the digital space. We view technology as both a driving force behind culture as well as a fundamental expression of that culture that ultimately informs us about who the consumer is and where they live.
