Christopher Bates Joins WaveQ - Microsoft CRM Capability Strengthens

WaveQ, Inc., a business solutions, technology, and creative services consultancy, welcomes Christopher Bates as Director of the Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Practice. Christopher leads a team of technology experts that will grow WaveQ's CRM practice into a regional leader for best in class CRM solutions for WaveQ’s clients. His leadership complements WaveQ’s holistic systems approach.

With more than 13 years of experience as a CRM expert, Christopher Bates has helped thousands of leaders understand how to grow their businesses profitably, using CRM to attain and retain more of the right kind of clients in their markets. He has provided business consulting and subject matter expertise to Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and small- to mid-size businesses alike.

In 1995, Christopher started a company to manage the development of one of the earliest commercial directories on the Internet, then moved on to help pilot a project to unify all criminal offender information for the state of North Carolina. In 1998, he joined a major CRM software vendor, and fell in love with CRM as a strategic tool for business growth. Working exclusively as a Microsoft-CRM partner since 2007, Christopher has contributed to more than 130 CRM and xRM software implementations across a variety of industries and public/private sector organizations.
