WaveQ Launches Managed Services Offering

In response to customer demand, WaveQ has launched a Service Desk capability for mid-sized enterprises. On an ongoing basis, WaveQ can now provide its customers with a single point of contact for various key business support functions. We now offer operational support to administer processes, monitor performance, and report on vendor services. We can provide timely reporting to our managed services customers by way of reports, stats, meetings, etc. WaveQ can also manage/interface with service providers, provide a SaaS based dashboard to monitor trouble tickets & resolution status, and ultimately advise you on how to improve service to the business.
